Welcome to Tagid. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Tagid’s Website and Services in Bangladesh.
By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Tagid if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
Tagid is a platform that connects customers with independent service providers (“Taskers”). We do not employ the Taskers directly. We act as an intermediary to facilitate the transaction.
Payment terms are agreed upon between the Customer and the Tasker. Tagid may charge a service fee for the use of the platform.
All payments should be made through secure channels recommended by Tagid. We are not liable for cash transactions made outside the platform’s knowledge.
Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the scheduled task time may incur a cancellation fee. This fee goes to the Tasker to compensate for their time and travel.
In no event shall Tagid, nor any of its officers, directors and employees, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this Website or the services provided by Taskers.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
